Have your apparel customized for that professional look! Our most popular & functional monogram is the left chest location. Single initial letter monograms are recommended for locations such as cuff & collar tip.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the item of your choice into your cart, then place monogramming order into cart. If you have more than one item with different monograms, please repeat the process. We monogram items based on this order of information. If you require the same monogram on every item you choose, all you'll need to do is update monogram quantity in the shopping cart.

Select up to 20 characters in your choice of style and color. You will be prompted to type in the text you needed monogrammed after you ad item to cart.

Placement refers to the location of your monogram as if you were wearing the garment yourself.

Please note, monogramming may extend your order time by five additional, full business days and is added to delivery time. All customized items such as monogrammed apparel are not elligible for returns or exchanges. Please email a copy of your logo or graphic & any additional special instructions to: ucservice@uniformcorner.com

The original design file is the most preferable & easiest to utilize. Acceptable file formats are .ai, .eps, .psd, .bmp, .jpg & .gif. We also accept readily digitized .dst files.

Price includes an average amount of stitches per graphic. If your logo is complex or requires additional stitching, we may contact you with additional price information.

All logos & graphics require a $35 digitizing fee upon initial order to prepare the logo electronically. Once your logo is on file & you place future orders, this fee is waived & will remain waived as long as the logo purchased remains the same. This fee applies to a single graphic.
