| Shipping And Handling We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping method is based on cost of shipping and location of delivery. FREE DELIVERY for orders of $100.00. If a package is undeliverable due to customer error when entering a delivery address the customer will be charged to re-ship the package. If it is shipped via US Postal Service you will be charged the amount of the original shipping. If sent via UPS and the order has to be re-called you will be charged 10.00.We do not ship larger orders via USPS.Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped USPS Priority Mail ONLY. At this time we do not accept orders outside of the United States. |
| Delivery Schedule Please allow 2-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive, however we complete orders as soon as possible in all cases. Non-stock or backordered items require this time due to their special order nature & the variety of styles/sizes and colors we are able to offer. In-stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours. Monogramming will extend your shipping policy 3-5 business days. Please note any monogrammed or altered item cannot be exchanged or refunded.We strive to complete & ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Our merchandise is reordered regularly from the manufacturers. |
